About the Role: As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining establishments. Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance. Reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent service coverage. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in responsible alcohol service or mixology. Experience working in upscale or fine dining settings. Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume service periods.
