Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a 26-week outpatient locum opportunity in California. This position offers a weekday schedule, no call, and the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a well-supported clinic environment. Assignment Details Start upon credentialing 26-week assignment Full-time preferred Part-time providers considered Schedule Monday Friday Five 8-hour shifts per week Shift options: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 11:00 AM 8:00 PM (1 2 evening shifts per week) No call Practice Setting Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Epic EMR Coverage at 1 2 clinic locations Clinical Responsibilities Comprehensive outpatient primary care Preventive care and chronic disease management Same-day and follow-up visits Care for patients across the lifespan Patient Population Approximately 18 patients per day Pediatrics Adolescents Adults Geriatrics Support Staff Medical Assistants Registered Nurses Licensed Vocational Nurses On-site Behavioral Health Full clinic support team Requirements MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active California medical license California CSR DEA BLS ACLS Epic experience required Minimum 2 years of experience Spanish speaking strongly preferred Clean background preferred Credentialing Approximately weeks California license required No licensing assistance available Ideal Candidate An Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician seeking a flexible outpatient assignment with no call, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population.
