Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading CNC machining and assembly operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance. This role oversees production personnel, schedules workflow, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures customer expectations for quality and delivery are met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience managing CNC machining teams and driving productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily CNC machining and assembly operations to achieve production goals.
• Plan work assignments and coordinate workflow to maximize safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Train, coach, and develop manufacturing team members.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet customer requirements.
• Lead employee performance management, including evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
• Ensure accurate production records, reporting, and inventory control.
• Conduct safety audits, accident investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within CNC machining manufacturing.
• High school diploma required; additional technical or college education preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
