Clinical Dietitian I: Patient-Centered Nutrition Care

Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL seeks a registered dietitian to identify nutritional risk and plan medical nutrition therapy for designated populations. Under supervision, you will coordinate with physicians, nursing, pharmacy and the Food Service department to develop care plans and menus. You will assess patients, implement care plans, monitor progress, document sessions in the EHR, and provide patient education and counseling.
