Qualifications Completing a nurse assistant course that meets state requirements Passing the respective states competency exam and obtaining a certification or license if applicable Valid license for a minimum of 1 year Eligible to work in the USA No felony convictions Benefits Access to a wide range of per diem jobs and other short-term assignments Competitive hourly rates $19 hr+ Same day payment option Work as an independent contractor Responsibilities A nursing assistant working through Thusa provides basic care and helps patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of a licensed nurse at a customers facility CNAs work in a variety of nursing and residential care facilities, SNFs, ALFs, Memory Care Units, and more Flexible in duties from one work setting to another, the following are typical responsibilities of CNAs Assist patients and resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, and walking or exercising Record vital signs, height, and weight Document all care provided and refused and submit paperwork Maintain patient confidentiality Assist nurses or physicians in the provision of care Clean and sanitize patients clothing, rooms, bathrooms, examination rooms, or other areas, maintaining safety standards and infection control procedures Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour Physical Setting: Clinic Long term care Nursing home Outpatient Rehabilitation center Urgent care center Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr THUSA Inc.
