Product Designer Senior IA native, de la discovery à la production

Product Designer Senior We are looking for a senior product designer to design the interfaces of tomorrow: a native AI product, indispensable for work from morning to evening, where much of the dialogue with the user will be through conversation. You join a squad, two senior fullstack developers, a product manager and you, reporting to the Head of Product Experience. You carry the end-to-end experience on your squad's roadmap, from discovery to production. And you arrive at the right time. The product is solid, the design system lives in the code, and the product's AI is under construction: conversational assistant, agents, actions integrated into the workflow. You design it while it is being built. What You Possess Native AI experience, the heart of the position. You decide, journey by journey, where conversation replaces navigation, where it complements it, and what should remain on a screen. You design what an agent shows when it acts: what it has done, why, with what rights, and how to go back. Continuous discovery. Monthly client interviews, prototypes tested before being specified, hypotheses written before being built. Delivery in code. You prototype with agents and deliver directly into the code interfaces with the design system components, reviewed by your squad developers. Design system. You consume it rather than copying it, and you propose the components and patterns your squad needs. Value measurement. You establish the baseline of your axis, you return on what you have delivered with real usage in front, and you correct or remove what does not serve. Elevation of level , 20% of your time: the review between designers, the sharing of client learnings, the quality of experience. The Benchmark We Use An improvement that is not measured is not an improvement, it is an intention. Client feedback feeds intuition, data gives the temperature and confirms the decision. talkSpirit
