Job Title: PT Outpatient Therapy/Rehabilitation

Required Skills:

• Valid Louisiana State License in Physical Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient experience
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to manage approximately 10 patient visits per day
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in general orthopedics, neurology, disability management, or with patients displaying generalized weakness
• Flexibility to operate in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience, preferably in a similar clinical environment

Other Requirements:

• Must be comfortable reporting to emergency teams if required; willingness to work additional hours during emergency events
• Professional attire includes maroon/wine/burgundy scrubs
• Availability for a day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Start date: April 6, 2026
