Job Summary And Qualifications The Operations Director supports execution of the clinical education strategic plan , provides support for strategic programs/initiatives, and manages the CSG operating model in support of the overall clinical education strategy. As a part of this role, the Operations Director owns a significant portion of project responsibility, overseeing project teams to ensure work is completed in a quality and timely fashion to meet business objectives, and managing workflows across multiple projects. In addition to being highly organized, results driven, and detail oriented, this candidate must demonstrate strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills needed to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. General Responsibilities Provides operational support for strategic initiatives including: Breaking down complex problems into discrete tasks to scope projects into a defined set of tasks, responsibilities, and timelines and lead project execution Providing answers to questions, detailing strategic implications and offering unique insights Planning, organizing, and facilitating medium-to-large strategy and design sessions for strategic initiatives Storyboarding effectively and creating executive level presentations that communicate the actionable plans to senior leaders Provides leadership and supports the design and execution of the clinical education operating model cascade to corporate, division, and facility clinical leadership, including planning, coordinating, &/or facilitating key forums Supports the development and execution of all aspects of annual strategic planning with corporate & division leadership, including: Planning, organizing, and/or facilitating medium-to-large strategy and design sessions to plan strategic initiatives and capture/synthesize findings and recommendations Organizing the team to complete key materials to be used within strategy and design sessions, including presentations, data sets, and reports Supports the coordination and development of Executive Deliverables for Clinical Education including Governance meetings, Business plans and various other leadership presentations REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA preferred 7-10 years' healthcare experience required; Hospital operations experience preferred 3-5 years of experience in all or one of the following: Strategy/Consulting/ Operations required Medium-to-large scale program coordination experience is required Expert understanding of PowerPoint Benefits Comprehensive benefits for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health and telemedicine services Wellbeing support, including free counseling and referral services Time away from work programs for paid time off, paid family leave, long- and short-term disability coverage and leaves of absence Savings and retirement resources, including a 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, flexible spending accounts, preferred banking partnerships, retirement readiness tools, rollover support and financial wellbeing counseling Education support through tuition assistance, student loan assistance, certification support, dependent scholarships and a partnership with Galen College of Nursing Additional benefits for fertility and family building, adoption assistance, life insurance, supplemental health protection plans, auto and home insurance, legal counseling, identity theft protection and consumer discounts Learn More About Employee Benefits Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location.
