Dietician

Delta Companies is seeking a Dietician to support healthcare organizations nationwide by delivering high-quality nutrition care. In this role, you will assess patients’ nutritional status, develop individualized care plans, and provide medical nutrition therapy for acute and chronic conditions. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure evidence-based, culturally competent care. The Dietician will document assessments and progress, educate patients and families, support population health initiatives, and contribute to quality improvement in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.
