This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels at building relationships, managing online leads, and delivering outstanding customer experience. If you enjoy turning opportunities into sales, we want to hear from you.You will report to the General Sales Manager.This is an onsite position in Albany, NY.**Position Summary**As an Internet Sales Manager, you will manage online inquiries, produce leads, nurture customer relationships, and guide customers through the vehicle-buying process. You will use digital sales channels and CRM tools to grow dealership sales and contribute to overall business growth.**Responsibilities*** Manage the online sales pipeline through multiple digital platforms.* Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and live chat.* Produce new business through outbound prospecting and follow-up activities.* Develop customer relationships through personalized service and follow up.* Present vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and dealership programs.* Negotiate vehicle sales and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.* Upsell value-added products and services, including financing, warranties, and accessories.* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the dealership CRM system.* Track lead activity, manage inventory awareness, and monitor progress toward sales goals.* Partner with the sales and marketing teams to increase online visibility and customer engagement.* Maintain standards in all customer interactions.**Qualifications*** Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience.* Dealership experience.* Establish relationships and close sales.* Negotiation skills* 3+ years of experience using CRM systems and lead management tools.* Prioritize and complete tasks.* Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads.* Knowledge of automotive financing, inventory management, and dealership processes is advantageous.* Multilingual skills.**What We're Looking For**You are:* Motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.* Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.* Experience developing long-term customer relationships..* A collaborative team player.**Compensation**Estimated annual compensation: $49,000.00 – $97,000.00Actual compensation may vary based on experience, job-related qualifications, location, and other factors.**Why Join Us?**As part of Lithia & Driveway, one of the largest automotive retail groups in North America, you'll have access to career growth opportunities.
