Every pair of bespoke boots and custom leather item is handcrafted in-house, using premium leathers or client-provided hides, and supported by a complimentary Lifetime Repair Membership. The company produces a full range of custom belts, wallets, bags, totes, clutches, accessories, hunting gear, bridal and corporate gifts, and made-to-order leather goods. There is no outsourcing or mass production—each piece is built with precision, pride, and a focus on heirloom quality. From boardroom to backcountry, Zephan Parker creates leather goods meant to last, tell a story, and be passed down through generations.\n\nZephan Parker is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented individual to join our Houston workshop and train in the production of handcrafted luxury goods.\n\nNo prior leatherworking or bootmaking experience is required. We are specifically interested in individuals with the natural aptitude, discipline, and attention to detail required to master a highly specialized craft.\n\nThe ideal candidate is someone who:\n\n* Has excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination\n* Is naturally skilled at building, assembling, repairing, or creating\n* Is comfortable working with hand tools and equipment\n* Has exceptional attention to detail and precision\n* Can maintain focus while performing intricate, hands-on work\n* Is patient and methodical rather than rushed\n* Learns physical processes quickly and follows instruction well\n* Is dependable, punctual, and consistent\n* Takes personal responsibility for the quality of their work\n* Has high standards and genuine pride in workmanship\n\nExperience in fields such as woodworking, fabrication, automotive, machining, jewelry, sewing, upholstery, fine art, model building, construction, or other hands-on disciplines may be beneficial but is not required.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nThe selected candidate will receive hands-on training from experienced craftspeople in our Houston workshop. Over time, you will develop specialized skills used in the creation of bespoke products made individually for our clients.\n\nWe are looking for someone interested in more than simply finding their next job.
