About Dr. Greens

Dr. Greens Golf & Entertainment is a brand-new indoor golf and entertainment venue opening in downtown Norwood, featuring seven state-of-the-art golf simulators, a pool table, a shuffleboard court, and a full bar and food menu. Our Customer Service Associates are the face of Dr. Greens: a combined position, cross-trained on guest services, the golf simulators, and food and bar service, so you’ll do a bit of everything and no two shifts are the same. You don’t need to be a golfer — you need to be great with people.

What You’ll Do — Guest & Simulator Service

• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and check them in for their reservation or walk-in tee time.

• Bring guests to their simulator and get them settled in.

• Show guests how the simulator works and walk them through using it, so first-timers feel comfortable fast.

• Set up the right course or game mode for each group.

• Check back during the round to see how things are going, answer questions, and keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do — Food & Drink Service

• Hand guests menus and help them decide — know the menu and make recommendations.

• Take food and drink orders at the simulators and at the bar, and enter them accurately into the point-of-sale system.

• Serve food and drinks to guests at their simulator.

• Clear, clean, and reset the area after each group so it’s ready for the next guests.

What You’ll Do — Around the Venue

• Handle payments and closing checks accurately; check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly per Massachusetts law.

• Help with opening and closing duties and keep the venue clean and guest-ready.

• Pitch in wherever the team needs you — we all cover for each other.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and outgoing, able to juggle several groups and tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service, restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is a plus; golf knowledge helpful but not required — we’ll teach you the simulators.

• Evening and weekend availability; comfortable on your feet for a full shift and lifting up to 30 lbs.

• Must be 18 or older (alcohol service); TIPS or similar alcohol-service training is a plus.

We also have three Diamond pool tables, ping pong tables, darts, corn hole, and HD TV’s throughout the store. With all the fun going on we need an individual who’s upbeat, focused, positive and customer service driven with the ability to manage time efficiently.
