5th HQ - Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Packing Associate to join our manufacturing team. The Packing Associate will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that packaging standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Key Responsibilities: Package finished products accurately and efficiently to ensure safe shipment. Inspect items for defects or quality issues before packaging. Label and seal packages according to company specifications. Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely. Maintain accurate records of packed items and assist in inventory management. Organize and maintain the packing area, ensuring a clean and clutter-free workspace. Follow safety procedures and report any concerns or hazards to the supervisor. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and packing goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus. Ability to lift and move up to [specify weight, e.g., 30 lbs] as needed.
