Electrical Test Technician

Assemble electrical contacts and components according to established specifications and procedures. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards. Perform basic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve assembly issues. Operate and support automated assembly equipment and production systems. Perform routine equipment checks and help identify potential issues before they impact production. Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on improving efficiency, quality, and reducing waste. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures. What qualifications will make you successful? Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow technical instructions, specifications, and established procedures. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Interest in manufacturing, electrical systems, automation, or technical operations is a plus. Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and manufacturing technologies.
