Ref: a0MP900000A3B7d.1USA, New York$150,000 to $150,000 USDOther RoleSkills: NetSuite ERP, AILevel: SeniorJob descriptionCOO- Suffolk County, NY or Stamford, CTa0MP900000A3B7d.1COO- Suffolk County, NY or Stamford, CT A rapidly evolving aerospace and industrial distribution organization is seeking a highly strategic, data-driven operational leader to serve as a key partner and right hand to the CEO during a significant period of modernization, operational transformation, and growth.This is not a traditional operations role.This position will function as a strategic operational partner to the CEO - helping translate vision into execution while building scalable infrastructure, improving accountability, leveraging AI-enabled business tools, and driving operational intelligence across the organization.The ideal candidate is someone who is: * highly analytical and data-driven * extremely proficient with modern AI technologies, specifically Claude * deeply experienced in NetSuite and operational systems * capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions * able to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on * naturally curious, process-oriented, and execution-focused * excited by growth, modernization, and building scalable organizationsKey Responsibilities * Act as a direct strategic and operational partner to the CEO across company initiatives * Build data-driven operational visibility through dashboards, reporting infrastructure, KPI management, and business intelligence tools * Optimize and enhance NetSuite functionality, reporting, workflows, and operational processes * Leverage AI technologies, including Claude, to improve operational analysis, workflow management, communication, reporting, documentation, and organizational efficiency * Help implement scalable operational systems that support company growth and future expansion
