The goal of the Engagement Fulfillment representative is to ensure the successful product acquisition to enable healthy behaviors, disease prevention, and health management resources ultimately to improve the patient's clinical outcome and experience.Education And CredentialsHS - High School Diploma or GED required. AAS - Associate of Applied Science in Healthcare/ Business/ or related field preferred. This position requires the candidate to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) upon their start date, but candidates may apply prior to completing their certification.Experience3 years of experience in healthcare preferred. 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
