Job Summary:
The location is in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a Physical Therapy position specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. The role involves providing inpatient outpatient physical therapy services in a skilled nursing unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Physical Therapist (SNF)
• Schedule: Days shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Florida Physical Therapist license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 2 years of Physical Therapy experience, prior travel experience highly preferred, valid identification including full date of birth, full social security number, and RN license number must be loaded at the time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience in similar settings is highly preferred.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Floating is required. Travelers are first to float, possibly to other sister campuses. All requested time off (RTO) must be included in submission; no exceptions for pending documentation. EMR used: Epic. Scrub color: Hunter Green. Specialty equipment includes harness systems, gait trainers, Nustep, Omnicycle.
• Responsibility Details: Candidates should adhere to facility fixed notes, including credential and demographic submission deadlines. The culture is very important, with travelers functioning as core staff members.
