Direct Support Professional DSP

Job Description Job Description Pinnacle Support Services We’re hiring reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities through our Supported Living Services (SLS) program. Responsibilities: Help clients with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, transportation). Support with housing searches , move-in coordination, and maintaining stable housing. Assist with job searches , applications, and building work skills. Teach and model independent living and problem-solving skills. Help clients navigate community resources (IHSS, SSI, food banks, etc.). Provide health and safety support, medication reminders, and crisis response. Complete daily service logs and communicate updates to supervisors. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance. CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain). Able to pass DOJ background check. Compassionate, patient, and professional. Pay: $19–$21/hour (based on experience) Location: Altadena/Pasadena Area Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available (24-hour rotation coverage) Company Description Pinnacle Support Services empowers adults with developmental disabilities to live independently with dignity and inclusion.
