Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.You Have: 5+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development3+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry to build, enhance, or deploy data-driven solutionsExperience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software productsExperience writing source code for new applications, or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applicationsExperience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutionsExperience creating solutions to complex problems withing a collaborative and cross-functional teamAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or 7+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degreeNice If You Have: Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimizationExperience working in mission-oriented analytics or logistics-based data environmentsExperience with data modeling, ontology mapping, or data visualization in FoundryExperience with AI or ML model integration such as integrating with Foundry applicationsExperience building React applicationsExperience with UI/UX designExperience with Navy readiness and resource managementExperience as a development manager or with technical team leadershipKnowledge of Foundry security models, access control, and compliance frameworksSecret clearance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
