Retail Merchandiser - Walmart

Role Overview As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you will ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store. Responsibilities Schedule work days (Sunday through Saturday) with flexible options; part‑time requires 2‑4 days with Friday required. Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, pack, and straighten products on the shelf. Receive and transport coupons and signage into store. Use the company‑issued mobile device to complete tasks, answer step‑by‑step questions, and take photos of completed work. Represent Acosta and clients in the assigned Walmart store(s) and partner with store management and associates to complete work. Communicate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text. Report completed work on the same day it is finished. Success Factors Own your store(s) and be the face of Acosta in Walmart. Work independently while acting as an extension of the Walmart family. Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members. Leverage support and share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide through communication channels. Contact your direct manager for help with challenges; they’re there to help. Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions. Provide accurate and concise data and photos by following instructions. Report work the same day it is completed. Tools Needed Access to reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
