Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center Location: US:PA: Hershey Work Type: Full Time FTE: 1.00 Shift: Varied Hours: 7:00a-9:00a rotating weekly shifts SUMMARY OF POSITION: This specialty area of Histology is responsible for Immunohistochemical testing, quality assurance, quality control, preventative maintenance, safety, continuing education, staffing, regulatory standards, inventory proficiency testing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): Associate degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or equivalent education. And Three years of clinical work experience in an accredited Histology laboratory. Candidate must obtain HT/HTL/QIHC (ASCP) or equivalent certification within one year of hire. WHY PENN STATE HEALTH?
