Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing varied modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Engage with clients on an appointment basis, managing your schedule to accommodate their needs while prioritizing a client-centered approach. \n
- Document clinical sessions diligently, ensuring accurate and timely updates in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, maintaining compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying informed about advancements in the field of mental health. \n
You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. \n

- Salary is competitive and ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
