About the Position

A Health Care System is looking for a Family Medicine/Medical Director to run their clinic in South Lubbock, TX. The position is 70% Primary Care & 30% Urgent Care with the patient population being 60% Adult, 20% Pediatrics and 20% Geriatrics. The clinic has 8 exam rooms and 1 procedure room, onsite lab, x-ray, bracing, splinting, and sutures, and is staffed with 1 Family physician and 2 Advanced Practitioners.

Opportunity Details

• Base salary - $275,000 range plus wRVU incentive
• $24K Medical Director stipend
• $20K sign-on bonus
• $10K relocation
• $2,500 CME
• 27 days PTO
• No call responsibilities
• Open Monday - Friday (8AM - 8PM), Saturday (9AM - 5PM) & Sunday (1PM - 5PM)
• CERNER EMR and dynamic documentation is utilized
