The Role As the Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will provide operational leadership for our nursing department while maintaining a "hands‑on" approach as a Registered Nurse. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and team development. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Act as the primary resource for nursing staff, providing coaching, guidance, and real-time support. Operations & Scheduling: Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management. Quality & Compliance: Lead chart audits, medication management, and ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Team Development: Spearhead onboarding and training, identifying skill gaps to help your team grow and succeed. Direct Care: When necessary, perform duties as a Licensed Floor Nurse to ensure continuity of care. Minimum Qualifications Current, unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Minimum of two (2) years of Nursing experience (behavioral health or residential treatment experience is a plus). Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HIPAA documentation standards.
