What You’ll Do:

• Inspect and assess wood damage in crawl spaces, subfloors, beams, joists, and structural supports.
• Remove and replace wood rot, damaged framing, and deteriorated structural components.
• Perform foundation repairs including pier installations, bracing, and beam replacement.
• Install sister joists, support posts, and other structural reinforcements.
• Work in crawl spaces, under houses, and confined areas at floor level and below.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Communicate findings and completed work clearly with homeowners and crew leads.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and leave every home better than you found it.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable — you show up, every day, on time.
• Self-motivated and accountable — you don’t need to be managed.
• Physically capable — able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined crawl spaces, and handle varying conditions.
• Experience in carpentry, wood repair, construction, or foundation work is preferred — but we will train the right person.
• Comfortable reading repair specs and following detailed work orders.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
