Location: Hillsdale, MI Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Clinic & Inpatient Hospital Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic schedule

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing cardiology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists in a collaborative environment while providing comprehensive cardiovascular care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Comprehensive training and mentorship are available for providers transitioning into cardiology, and new graduates with a strong interest in the specialty are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide patient education on cardiovascular disease prevention, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in hospital rounds and outpatient clinic visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications Required

• Active Michigan Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license, or ability to obtain before start.
• DEA license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous cardiology experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus.
• New graduates with a strong interest in cardiology are welcome to apply.
