Emergency Medicine physician employment in New York : This multi-specialty group in central New York is seeking an Associate Chief Emergency Medicine physician to lead two of six EDs in their integrated healthcare system. This progressive, academic health system is a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University and has more than 82,000 ER visits annually. Competitive base salary. Comprehensive benefits package. The two emergency departments to be led have annual volumes of approximately 18,000 and 11,500, respectively. This Emergency Medicine department has a staff of 46 hospital employed full time and per diem Physicians and 42 full time and per diem Advanced Practice Clinicians that provide coverage for the network's six emergency departments, which have a combined capacity of 70 beds.
