Job Overview Midtown Athletic Club, located in Palatine, IL is seeking a Racquet Sports Manager to lead club racquet sports, tennis, and pickleball programs and activities. This role focuses on helping members develop a love for racquet sports. Compensation Base pay range: $120,000 – $130,000 annually. Industry-leading training. Key Responsibilities Recruit and hire racquet sports coaches. Develop coaches. Improve player experience. Grow programs, events, and activities to increase player participation. Retain players. Collaborate with senior leadership on overall club management. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant racquet sports (tennis) leadership experience. Proven programming experience for groups and private instruction for adults and youth. Safe Play certified or willing to obtain certification prior to hiring. Nationally recognized racquet sports certification(s). Growth mindset and curiosity.
