Base Salary: $650K-750K + Sign-On and Retention Bonus

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Oregon (or the ability to obtain).
- Active, unrestricted DEA license in the state of Oregon (or the ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
