If you share our passion for beautiful cars, thrive on details, and want to be part of something extraordinary, this is your chance.Why You'll Love This Role:You will be responsible for partnering with commodities managers to ensure effective and efficient procurement activities in a manner that demonstrates, "Everything is Important."What You'll Do:Deliver comprehensive administrative and commercial support across the procurement teamCoordinate procurement-related queries, documentation, registers and filing systemWork within the Procurement team, liaising with Commodity Managers as needed for commercial support and supplier engagementAssist in the development of sound relationships with suppliersRaise purchase order requestsCompile, publish and analyze reports as and when requestedAttend meetings and take minutes as and when requiredMaintain and keep up to date data in systems and ExcelSupport with the creation of department presentations for wider distribution, when requiredWho We're Looking For:High school diplomaAbility to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needsTeam oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to multiple deadlinesStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficientlyExcellent customer service skillsProficient in MS Office, ERP systemsBonus points for a Associates or Bachelors DegreeLocation & Schedule:This is an onsite role in Torrance, CA and the schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4pm or Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm.What We Offer - Benefits Driven by You:The starting pay range for this position is between $25 - 30 per hour plus bonus.
