Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC-SLP required).
• Previous experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students preferred.
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and school-based therapy.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families.
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in PreK through 2nd grade.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver targeted interventions tailored to student needs.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and update IEPs as required.
• Work alongside educators and staff to integrate speech-language goals into classroom activities.
• Serve as a resource for families and staff regarding speech and language development.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development throughout the school year.
