As an RN, you will play an important role in providing high-quality nursing care and supporting positive outcomes for our patients and residents.If you are looking to make a difference in the lives of others by sharing your care and compassion, NHC HealthCare Dickson offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, residents, and their families while working as part of a supportive nursing team.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.Assess patient and resident needs and monitor changes in condition.Administer medications and treatments as ordered.Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate members of the care team.Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned nursing staff as appropriate.Assist with development and implementation of individualized plans of care.Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, NHC policies, and professional nursing standards.Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Graduate Nurses (GNs) are encouraged to apply.Current CPR certification as required.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.Sign-On BonusEligible full-time hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
