Line Operator – Food Production

Location: Shelby, OH | Schedule: Full-Time | Compensation: $17-22 per hour + Overtime

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery

• Make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

• Perform basic troubleshooting and light maintenance

• Keep production running at optimal speed

• Package and process products following USDA, FDA, and safety standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift as needed

• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Overtime: Available + paid at time and a half

• Saturdays: As needed
