A Regional, well-regarded litigation firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney, Partner, or Of Counsel to join its Charleston office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated general liability and insurance coverage matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong mentorship and hands-on litigation experience.

Looking to speak with attorneys with the following experience:

• Personal injury claims (car accidents, slip-and-falls, premises liability)
• Construction defect litigation
• Medical malpractice defense
• Product liability cases
• Professional liability / errors & omissions claims
• Employment practices liability
• Commercial and general liability disputes
• Coverage disputes between insurers and policyholders

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar (additional bar admissions are a plus)
• 2+ years of insurance defense, insurance coverage, or general liability litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and case management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and a busy caseload
