Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health, New Graduate Opportunity Pembroke Hospital is currently interviewing for day (7am‑3pm) and evening (3pm‑11:30pm) shift RNs and new graduates. All positions offer a full benefits package. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. New graduates who have their NCLEX scheduled are encouraged to apply. The evening shift position is eligible for an $8,000 Sign‑On Bonus. Pembroke Hospital is a 120‑bed acute care inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. The facility offers inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults, and older adults. All positions begin and end with caring for the patient. By listening deeply and understanding the story of our patients, we will make a difference in the lives we touch. Responsibilities Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. Consistently identify patient needs. Provide general and psychiatric patient care. Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Document and communicate unusual changes in client behaviors.
