The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at the bar preparing, creating, and delivering consistent and high-quality beverages for all the guests. They understand the complexity of the bar and thrive to be an influential leader. We strive to provide exceptional guest service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a great handle on all liquors/wine/beer and must be able to educate staff on our Alcoholic beverages.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly, and timely manner while creating a welcoming and engaging bar experience
• Guide guests through food, cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
• Prepare and deliver cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Create an energetic and hospitality-driven atmosphere that encourages repeat guests and memorable experiences
• Maintain strong knowledge of our beverage program and continue developing product knowledge over time
• Coordinate bar service with fellow bartenders, servers, support staff, and kitchen team members to ensure smooth execution
• Work with urgency and awareness throughout service while anticipating guest and team needs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the bar throughout all phases of service
• Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding guest needs, service flow, and operational issues
• Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department while following all health and safety regulations
• Contribute to a productive and professional work culture by staying focused, accountable, and team-oriented
• Participate in pre-shift, bar meetings, trainings, and ongoing development opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of craft cocktail bar experience
• Ability to memorize exact recipes and follow proper portioning of ingredients
• Ability to execute in a high volume atmosphere
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Unwilling to compromise on our standards or accept short cuts
• Consistent in performance and reliability

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
