Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (Mobile)

At C&W Services, we are dedicated to creating a positive impact globally and we are seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (Mobile) for our maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Maintenance: Perform routine proactive and reactive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including BMS, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Execution: Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors or Work Control, documenting and finalizing work requests as needed. Work Orders: Respond to, complete, and close work order requests in the CMMS system, ensuring accurate time and task reporting for tracking and billing. Safety: Follow all C&W Services safety policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Communication: Maintain a positive working relationship across all Operations facilities. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Experience troubleshooting general conveyance systems and building systems. General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment. Ability to perform basic maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong written and mathematical skills. Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in Mechanical or Electrical field. Experience with robotic operation and maintenance. Experience or knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems, and Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems. Physical Demands Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, use an aerial lift, and frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment. Must perform tasks wearing appropriate or required PPE, which may include hard hat, face mask, face shield, and composite toe shoes. Regularly required to crouch or bend and reach to install/move equipment. Involves several hours of daily driving of fleet truck to sites within your assigned territory/node. Work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures. Regularly required to type on a computer or tablet for 1-2 hours per day. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $29.80 – $35.06.
