What youll be doing

• Resolve shipment issues proactively, maintaining high customer satisfaction

What youll bring

• 2-4 years experience in customer service, logistics, or shipping coordination
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or similar
• Strong communication skills across operational and customer-facing teams
• Ability to prioritise and perform under time-sensitive conditions
