Pediatrics Physician Employment In Alabama Private Practice, 100% outpatient with no administrative duties. The practice has 5 exam rooms and all billing and paperwork are handled by staff. Role Begin with 25+ patients, ramping up to 35 Phone call rotation – rare night & weekend calls Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Closed 12:00 p.m.-1 p.m. for lunch Monday-Thurs Pediatrician only sees patients; general pediatric cases include sick visits, developmental check-ups, and medication management The practice offers in-house CLIA waiver testing (COVID-19, strep, flu, HCG) Package Competitive base salary in Year 1 3 weeks PTO + 6 holidays 401(k) with 3% match Skills Ability to obtain or maintain a medical license in the state of Alabama 2+ years of experience strongly preferred Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrics Bilingual Spanish preferred Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without U.S. residency; current U.S. work visa required #J-18808-Ljbffr Accolades Physician Resources
