$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily cleaning operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet our quality benchmarks.
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies efficiently to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience, from check-in to check-out.
• Implement and uphold safety and sanitation protocols to protect both guests and team members alike.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Usually requires 1 to 3 years of housekeeping or supervisory experience in a hotel.
• Education: A high school diploma or a hospitality degree.
• Skills: Good communication, basic computer use, and strong organizational skills.
