About the Position

The facility features a 42-bed unit with a strong, engaged, and team-oriented staff. Patient ratios are 6:1, with 3-5 RNs and 2 PCTs on the night shift. The unit offers a flexible schedule, a mix of experienced and new graduate nurses, and consistent tech support. Candidates must be able to float between different campuses. Preferred candidates will have prior experience with the rehabilitation patient population. The role requires compassionate advocacy for patients and a flexible approach to nursing care. Typical procedures performed in this unit include wound care and patient transfers.
