You’ll be hands-on in designing, programming, and commissioning control systems while partnering with internal teams and customers throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and program PLC-based control systems and supporting software Design electrical panels, schematics, and system layouts Support system integration, startup, and commissioning at customer sites Assist with sales, quoting, and technical concept development Train customers and provide ongoing technical support Manage smaller project scopes and contribute to larger automation initiatives What You Bring: Strong PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley required; others a plus) Background in controls, electrical design, and system integration Experience with HMI/SCADA, motion control, and fieldbus technologies Exposure to robotics (Fanuc, UR, etc.) and industrial automation systems Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, UL, and relevant electrical standards Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability Engineering degree preferred; electrical license a plus 5+ years of relevant experience Willingness to travel ~25–40% Interested in hearing more?
