We are looking for like-minded, highly motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as AERATORS with possibility to transition to spray technician.

Requirements:
-Must be at least 18 years of age to Aerate (21 to spray tech)
-Must have Valid Driver's License and CLEAN Driving Record
-Must be able to work long hours and Saturdays
-Must be able to work in all Weather Conditions
-Must be able to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis
-Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist and pull for extended periods of time
-Must possess Great Customer Service Skills
-Must Follow and Adhere to Companies Values and Standards

Responsibilities:
-Provide Scheduled Services according to instructions in safe and timely manner
-Provide Great Customer Service
-Meet and Exceed Customer Expectations
-Safely Operate Company Vehicles
-Accurately Complete required paperwork
-General Maintenance and Cleaning of vehicles and equipment

Benefits:
-$18 hr + OT
-Potential for Bonuses and Sales Commission
-Dental and Vision available after 90 days
