This role is designed for a master-level professional who excels in complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and serving as a mentor to fellow technicians.Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, and diesel systems. Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electronic issues accurately. Deliver efficient, high-quality repairs while maintaining strict safety standards. Partner with Service Advisors to provide precise estimates and clear repair explanations. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment. Stay updated on the latest automotive technology, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques. Support training and mentorship of junior and mid-level technicians.5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience (ASE Master Certification preferred). Expertise in diagnostics with in-depth knowledge of engines, drivetrains, electrical, and diesel systems. Proven ability to perform complex repairs independently and accurately. Experience using modern diagnostic software and repair equipment.
