Co. comes with a family friendly culture, on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and the chance to make a difference every single day.We currently have multiple production opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shift at our facility in Elizabethton, TN and are looking for great people who are interested in helping our boss – the customer.Overview:Set up and operate both CNC and manual machines.Load and unload production equipment, perform quality inspections on parts and handle a fast paced work environment.Assemble, test and package a variety of manufacturing products.Check parts for conformance to specifications.Material handlingPositions will be primarily on 2ndQualifications:Experience operating manual and/or CNC lathes, mills or machining centers preferred.We are willing to train the right candidate.Wage:Wages start at $19.89 with increases every 6 months as you move up the wage scale.Shift Differential - $1.50 for 2nd shift and 3rd shift$2000 Retention Bonus - $500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days, and $1000 at 365 days of employment.Benefits:Benefits include major medical (BCBS), Delta dental and vision, company sponsored basic life insurance and short-term disability.
