As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can combine strategy, execution, and data-driven insights to help tell our story and drive results.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will own the planning, execution, and optimization of SimplePin’s marketing efforts across channels. This role is equal parts  strategy, analytics, and creativity —ideal for someone who understands how to use data and tools like  HubSpot to target the right audience, deliver the right message, at the right time.

You’ll be responsible for campaign execution, performance reporting, audience segmentation, and content development, while working closely with sales, partnerships, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, events, partnerships)
• Determine  who to target, when to engage them, and how to optimize messaging
• Build and manage campaign workflows within HubSpot
• Coordinate marketing efforts around product launches, events, and industry initiatives
• Own marketing performance reporting and dashboards
• Track and analyze KPIs such as open rates, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and engagement
• Use insights to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements
• Present clear, actionable performance summaries to leadership
• Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing tools, including:
• Email campaigns
• Lists and segmentation
• Workflows and automation
• Lead tracking and lifecycle stages
• Ensure clean data, proper tagging, and accurate attribution
• Collaborate with Sales to align on lead flow and reporting

Content & Creative

Develop and oversee creative content including:

• Email campaigns
• Sales decks and one-pagers
• Website and landing page content
• Event and conference materials
• Ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand, and tailored to the target audience
• Work with internal teams or external vendors on design and copy when needed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in  fintech, SaaS, or B2B
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaigns, reporting, workflows)
• Proven ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
• Experience creating and managing marketing content and campaigns end-to-end
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation best practices
• Event or conference marketing experience
• Basic design or content editing skills (Canva, Figma, etc.)
