Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT/Rad Tech (Dual Modality) for a CT Scan unit at a Trauma IV designated teaching hospital, requiring ARRT (R)(CT) and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Details

• Work in the CT Scan department of a 46-bed acute care hospital with Trauma IV designation, teaching hospital status, Chest Pain Center, and Stroke Center
• Patient population spans a variety of diagnoses across ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas
• Uses Siemens and GE imaging equipment; EMR is Epic
• 10-hour evening shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 40 hours per week with a 4-week scheduling cycle
• Rotating call required
• Weekend rotation is position-dependent and will be discussed during the interview
• Holiday rotation required; travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays
• No floating required

Requirements

• Current BLS and ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
• Active license required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT, with most recent experience within the last year
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Last 4 digits of SSN and full DOB required for consideration
• Minimum of 1 professional reference dated within the past year, from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN
