Registered Nurse, OR

M-F 0600-1530

Full-time, 13 week Contract with option to extend

In-Office | Tahlequah, OK, United States

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive intraoperative nursing care during surgical procedures.

• Assess patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively and document findings.

• Ensure sterile techniques and maintain a safe operating room environment.

• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance, billing, and audit readiness.

• Collaborate with surgeons and teams to anticipate equipment needs and troubleshoot.

• Monitor and manage anesthesia equipment and supplies within scope.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to optimize perioperative outcomes.

• Demonstrate results-driven performance with clear activity and outcome visibility.

• Uphold infection prevention protocols and participate in patient safety initiatives.

• Educate patients and families about perioperative care and recovery expectations.

• Assist in the development and execution of professional development plans.

Experience/Qualifications

• Active RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS certified with perioperative experience
