Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Location: St. Louis, MO 63103 (Local Candidate Only) Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week Assignment Duration: 12 Months Job Overview Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders and operational teams with employee relations, performance management, talent development, HR programs, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities Provide HR guidance to managers and business leaders on employee lifecycle matters. Manage employee relations, performance management, talent retention, and leadership development initiatives. Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and change management. Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and regulations. Use HR data and analytics to support business decisions and organizational improvements. Collaborate with HR teams to implement HR programs and deliver consistent HR services. Coach managers on HR policies, processes, and employee engagement. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or similar role. Experience partnering with business leaders and supporting multiple management levels. Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR practices, and employment laws. Experience with performance management and employee lifecycle processes. Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a large, global, or matrixed organization. Manufacturing or operational site HR experience. Experience with change management, organizational development, and people analytics. Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and presentation skills.
