Job Description
- Polish and Finish: Use hand tools, power tools, and abrasives to grind, sand, and polish metal cavities, bores, and surfaces to precise measurements.
- Inspect and Maintain: Check worn or used dies for defects, cracks, or wear, and decide when to resurface or replace them.
- Clean and Assemble: Clean residue or material buildup from parts and help assemble or disassemble tooling components.
- Quality Control: Measure finished work-pieces against blueprints or production specifications to meet strict tolerances.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and follow all plant safety protocols.
- Package and Ship: Using forklift and overhead crane, package material and load trucks.
